Pumpkin stew is a tradition at our house. We skipped it a couple of years, Grace requested that it be reinstated, and so it was. We scoop out a chunk of pumpkin along with veggies, potato's, onions, ground beef, broth, & seasonings. Good tradition food!

Are you one of those bloggers that only gives pictures of the food and no recipes?? That looks amazingly good-I would love to try it with cubes of pork (I love apple with pork). We have lots of pumpkin and winter squash bounty so please SHARE :D
sometimes some of us make things w/ no recipes! :-/ lol... but a recipe would be great!!! If you can remember what you threw in! lol
