This rag rug, like the other one (here) had a direction all it's own. I may have it figured out, I'll keep you posted! The middle is an old green floral sheet that was my favorite. The creamy yellow was another sheet. And the cranberry was a thrifted-wonderfully-worn-soft-cotton table clothe that I paid $1 for.
It sets in front of my chair that is not far from the pellet stove (here). It feels so nice under my feet, I think it's the worn cotton that gives it that comfort feel. It's not perfect, but it has character. I love it!

I love the rug. More importantly I love the rags turned into something wonderful. I need to get your pattern/directions. I think Princess and her friends would love those kinds of projects.
I love that rug. I wish I knew how to do that. It is very homey and comfortable looking.
I love it too! Looks fantastic - I haven't tried crocheting with rag yarn, and this would be a great thing to do with some of my worn-out sheets. Thanks for the inspiration!
It's a beauty Jody!! It looks great by your stove.
So CUTE, Jody!! I'd love to learn how to make a rug like that!
